Rules of the contest

•       1 photo submission per person. Image must be clear and easy to see detail. Please do not submit more than 1 photo. Multiples will be ignored and the first photo sent will be your submission.
• This contest is FREE to enter.
•       Photo must be from the current year of the Balloon Rally.
•       Photo MUST contain 1 or more of the Balloons in the Image.
•       MUST BE A PHOTO – edited photos will be accepted, NO AI created images, videos, drawings, paintings or other forms of (Digital) art will be accepted, if you submit anything NOT a photo, you will be automatically disqualified.
•       The deadline for submissions is 1 week after the Event Start - for 2026 that is Friday July 26th, any Images received after will not be considered.
• A second place or COMMUNITY WINNER will be voted on by the public, on Facebook. I will not have a say in this winner.
•      The winner will be notified immediately before a public announcement is made.
•      The public announcement will be held 1 week after the submission deadline.
•       All submissions need to be aware, you WILL have to sign a statement IF YOU WIN. You will be releasing the rights of the photo for use by bearitallphotos LLC and The Great Wellsville Balloon Rally to use and distribute it’s likeness at will - you will no longer own it.
