Please note that all Online Galleries come password protected. They are for your eyes only, unless you decide to share them with someone else. If you have an issue with any of your pictures or don't like a particular edit you have 1 WEEK from the day of delivery to address these concerns with me. I wish I had more time, but alas I'm limited in how much I can help you once product has been delivered.

The Non Refundable Retainer - is to protect my time and investment. It secures you on my schedule for our predetermined date and time. It is part of the overall cost of each package, not in addition too. If you are a no show, cancel last minute, etc. You will lose your slot on my schedule and your retainer fee. If something comes up and you need to reschedule your shoot, it must be done 2 weeks in advance. If you want to reschedule within 2 weeks of your photo shoot, you WILL have to pay a new retainer for a new date. These retainers are how I pay for travel, studios etc. Please be mindful of your own schedule, I will always do my best to work with you.

Unless otherwise specified, all packages are set in stone and are the current services that I offer. If you aren't 100% sure if your shoot will fall directly under a specific category, please feel free to contact me for further details.

I promise, you will not have to worry about excessive bathroom breaks, struggling with poses or "taking to long" to change, bearitallphotos LLC fully understands that this can be a challenge physically and will work with what comes up during your session.

ATTENTION! - Before contacting for booking, you must first get written consent from your Doctor/Midwife and check your Hospitals policies on extra non-family members in the delivery room.

This package is for those who want to capture every moment of your little one arriving. Every second of labor, delivery, first holds and skin to skin moments to remember forever.

The Non Refundable Retainer for this package holds your spot for 30 days, due dates are estimates and bearitallphotos fully understands that they come when they want to! While a rare possibility of multiple births occurring at the same time, this is a first come first serve package service. If I am unable to fulfill any client needs, a refund will be issued after I have made contact to drop my session time. (I will try to give to longest amount of time for you to find a possible replacement)

Adventure and Group Package

All Weather Welcome!

Hiking, sporting events, car shows or races, that big fishing trip, this package covers it all. If you have a reoccurring series of events, I have discounts available.

Do you have a special group activity you want to remember forever? Brag about later on? This one is for you. Rain, Snow, Sleet, Sun, it doesn't matter, I'll be there. 1/2 Day or up to 8 Hours - $1,200.00 with a $350.00 Non Refundable Retainer

1 Day or up to 14 Hours - $2,000.00 with a $400.00 Non Refundable Retainer

If you have a reoccurring event that will take place over multiple weeks, contact me for possible rates and what kind of package (online gallery, photo books etc) you are interested in. The longer your event runs, the lower your weekly rate will be.

Solo and teams

Athletics

Solo action shots, team photos, travel games, championships - I've got you covered. I offer group rates for whole teams, individual rates and family rates - if you have more than one athlete in the family. If you have a particular idea, let me know!

Solo Rate - 1 Athlete = Coverage of 1 full game, 5 - 15 edited photos - $200.00 with a $50.00 Non Refundable Retainer.

Family Rate - All athletes in Family = Coverage of 1 full game, 5 - 10 edited photos per athlete - $200.00 for the first athlete + $75.00 per extra athlete with an $85.00 Non Refundable Retainer.

Teams - Basic Athlete Photos with 2 poses per Athlete, and Team photo = $35.00 per athlete with a $100.00 Non Refundable Retainer for the team.

Teams - Game coverage = Coverage of 1 full game, action shots of players throughout (as many pictures as I can get), team photo = $350.00 with a $100.00 Non Refundable Retainer. If travel is required outside of operation zone (45 miles from Wellsville, NY) an additional travel fee will be calculated based on distance of travel.

Those extra special days

Weddings / Engagements

Engagements are a flat day rate for Half days and Full days.

Half Day = $300.00 with a $100.00 Non Refundable Retainer.

You get a 4 hour Half Day Shoot, during which - you may use up to 3 outfits each.

45 - 60 Edited Images and an Online Image Gallery.

Engagements Full day = $750.00 with a $175.00 Non Refundable Retainer.

You get up to an 8 Hour Shoot day, with Unlimited Outfit Changes.

Unlimited Edited photos (as many as I get during the day) and an Online Image Gallery.

Base Package Wedding

$1,500.00 with a $300.00 Non Refundable Retainer.

This package offers up to 6 Hours of coverage.

Coverage of the Ceremony, First Kiss, First Dance, Bride & Groom Photos, Groomsmen & Bridesmaids

Group Photos, Family Photos, Cutting the Cake, and Reception.

50 - 75 Edited Photos and an Online Image Gallery.

Deluxe Wedding Package

$4,000.00 with a $500.00 Non Refundable Retainer.

This is a complete coverage day, as soon as you start, I start - and I don't finish until the last dance.

Getting Ready Photos for Bride & Groom (Including Bridesmaids and Groomsmen).

Ceremony, First Kiss, Group Photos, Mr. and Mrs. Photos, Family Photos, First Dance, Reception,

Stylized photos of your venue, party favors, decorations, Etc.

This Package has no Photo Limit, an Online Image Gallery, and Custom Curated Photo Book.

Polaroid Only Session - $3,000.00 (This yields 50 Polaroid pictures that will be ready immediately after the shoot)

Photo Shoot for Resale - $2,000.00 fee on top of package price (for my SW/Cosplay friends)

Video Recorded for Resale - $500.00 fee (does not include video editing)

Creatively Curated Photo Books Starting at $100.00, up to $300.00

Local - within 100 miles or 2 Hours travel - No Extra Fee

Tier 1 - within 500 Miles - $1,000.00 on top of package price

Tier 2 - 500-1,000 Miles - $1,800.00 on top of package price

Tier 3 - 1,000 Miles or More - $2,500.00 and up on top of package price

Tier 4 - Out of Country - $10,000.00 starting price on top of package price

Travel Prices are fees that will be IN ADDITION TO package prices. They are to cover my travel expenses such as fuel, airfare, hotel, food, extra gear, etc. No session is too far!
